VML Care Provision Ltd provide bespoke care solutions to enable people to live as independently as possible. Clients are at the centre of everything that we do including support planning, recruitment and evaluation. VML Care Provision Ltd is not a temp agency, staff are recruited specifically for each client and are on permanent fixed term contracts. We provide in house training mostly face to face and cover all statutory training plus client specific training as required. We are currently undergoing registration with the CQC which will enable us to work with CCGs and Local Authorities. We also work with clients not within the scope of CQC registration. We work closely with Brain Injury Case Managers and Personal Injury solicitors, the Director and manager of VML Care Provision Ltd has formerly worked as an assistant case manager and then as a registered manager for case management companies since 2002 and has worked in the support sector since 1985. |

Our Services
Community Support
We can recruit, employ, train and manage staff teams in the community.
We can also offer care management to staff who are directly employed.
We are able to provide comprehensive risk assessments and support plans or work to case manager plans.
We are also able to offer bespoke support solutions to people with mental health issues, learning difficulties and ASD.
Once we are CQC registered we will be able to offer services to people with complex physical needs which will be overseen by our clinical nurse manager.

VML Care Provision Ltd has a qualified manual handling trainer/assessor and can provide manual handling training to your support staff and undertake manual handling risk assessments.
We can also provide statutory training and brain injury training..

For 2024 we will be offering supported living options
providing accommodation for 2 or more people sharing with tailored support from a few hours a day to 24 hour support.
In 2024 we will also be offering Independent Living Trials for clients with brain injuries. We will work in partnership with Case Managers, PI solicitors and the wider MDT to enable people with ABI and TBI to assess their ability to gain more independent living skills.
